Hi there,
The Forestry Section of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency is planning another printing
of the "Canada's Least Wanted" Poster and we would like this opportunity to update some
of its associated images (A copy of the poster is available as a .pdf at http://www.inspection.gc.ca/english/plaveg/for/wantedindee.shtml ). With this in mind I
was wondering if high quality images, slides or photos are available of the following
pests:
* European Spruce Bark Beetle (adult beetle image)
* Bacterial Canker of Poplar (damage to the host stem image)
* Japanese Cedar Longhorn Borer (damage to host stem or branch image)
Of course credit will be given to the photographer and / or agency that supplies the
image. If you are able to send slides or photos I can scan them here and return them to
you by courier. Please note we are hoping to complete the updates to the poster by
March 15th if at all possible.
Thanks for your help.
Best regards,
Scott Dunlop, M.Sc.
