Energy Dendromass Corridor (EDC) is a research and education partnership of people who are innovatively interested in opportunities to utilise the productivity of woody species for fuels of sustainable development. The EDC partnership is based on the mutual understanding and respectable dialogue competence of teachers and students who have been working together in the most western third floor corridor in the Faculty of Forest Sciences in the University of Joensuu, Finland.
The core corridor accommodates 14 research scientists. The corridor researchers are connected with the correspondent colleagues through the door of ambassadors. Together they form the EDC network that covers numerous countries.
